4 Days – Great Tastes of Zanzibar Safari
Arrival in Zanzibar
Meet and greet on arrival at the Zanzibar airport. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Stone Town.
Zanzibar Island Spice Tour, The Palaces, and Slave Caves
Breakfast at the hotel, then depart for a spice tour. You will visit several spices-growing areas to learn about the nature of the spices, how they are reared, and their uses. You can even taste and purchase some of the spices straight from the source. There is a wide variety of spices and herbs grown in Zanzibar including medicinal herbs, cosmetics plants, and ornamental plants. If the season is right, you will see such interesting spices/herbs as cloves, rambutan, iodine plant, nut meg, lipstick, vanilla, lemon grass, shampoo plant, henna, and many others. Later on, you will visit the Kidichi Persian baths, which the first Sultan of Zanzibar (Sultan Said Said bin Sultan) built in 1850. You will also visit Maruhubi Palace Ruins, built in 1880 by Sultan Said Baraghash Bin Said to specifically house 99 of his concubines. Lunch at Serena Restaurant in Mangapwani. In the afternoon, you will visit the Slave caves, before having dinner at a restaurant in town.
Zanzibar Cultural Tour
Breakfast at the hotel, then depart for a cultural tour to get a firsthand experience of the everyday lives of the Zanzibar people and their enduring traditions. You will visit two very special villages and a local School. Lunch at a restaurant in town, then return to your hotel for relaxation. In the evening, you will go for a sunset cruise along the Stone Town waterfront. Return to the hotel for overnight.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
4 Days – Zanzibar Exploration Tour
Arrive Stone town, Zanzibar
On arrival at Zanzibar Airport, you will be met and transferred to Stone Town. Accommodation is on Bed & Breakfast basis. .
Full day tour of Stone town
After breakfast depart to the former Slave market site. Guided visit of the area and then drive to Maruhubi Palace ruins. Guided visit around the Palace, the fishing Village and the dhow shed. Proceed driving to Mangapwani village. Guided walk through the local farms and continue to visit the slave chambers and caves. Swahili Lunch at Serena Restaurant in Mangapwani. The restaurant is located on the outskirt of Zanzibar stone town. The Serena Mangapwani Restaurant and Watersports Centre is a great destination for those looking for somewhere special. Visitors to Mangapwani are offered a fresh seafood barbeque cooked to perfection by Serena’s expert team of chefs. The atmosphere is informal and friendly and the restaurant comprises a series of traditional makuti bandas, all set into a lush hillside overlooking an idyllic beach. Guests can also enjoy fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, catamaran rides and other pleasant distractions at the well-equipped watersports centre. Late in the afternoon, Depart from Mangapwani aboard a local dhow and sail to Stone Town. Dinner at a restaurant in town. Overnight at the hotel.
Full Day tour of Kizimbani Village
After breakfast depart from the hotel with picnic lunches for a full day cultural tour at Kizimbani village. Return to the hotel for overnight.
Tour ends in Stone town
After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight home.
6 Days – Zanzibar Romantic Getaway

Day tour of Stonetown, Zanzibar
Depart for a guided town tour. This tour takes you through narrow streets of the Old stone town, where history appears to stand still. With visits to the House of Wonders, the Palace Museum (People’s Palace), Dr Livingstone’s House and the Arab Fort amongst others, it is a fascinating look at the essence of Zanzibar. You will see Zanzibar’s bustling market, winding alleyways, ornately carved and studded doors, two cathedrals and mosques! You will have free time in the afternoon for you to explore further on your own or to relax. In the evening, depart from the hotel for a sunset cruise along Stone Town waterfront. Stop at Forodhani gardens for a glance at the evening life. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Stone Town.
Tour to the Spice Plantations of Zanzibar
Depart from the hotel and transfer to Kizimbani Village for a spice tour, where you will have the opportunity to see spices like cloves, Cinnamon, Black pepper, Nutmeg, turmeric root, actually growing in the plantations. Other tropical fruits such as jack fruit, custard, apple, Rambutan, Carambola can also be seen and tasted. Furthermore you will see plants like the Henna bush, Lipstick tree and Lemongrass. Finally you will visit the Kidichi Persian Baths that were built by the first Sultan of Zanzibar named Sultan Said Said bin Sultan in 1850 and Maruhubi Palace Ruins built by the third Sultan of Zanzibar named Sultan Said Baraghash Bin Said in 1880 which were built especially for housing 99 of his harem. Lunch is included. After lunch, you will be transferred to the beach hotel on the East coast. Accommodation on Half Board basis is included.
Relax on the beach in Zanzibar
Spend days at leisure on the beaches of the East Coast or at the resort’s swimming pool. Scuba diving or diving course for beginners are available (at an additional cost) at most of the beach resorts in Zanzibar. Accommodation on Half Basis is included.

10 Days – Zanzibar Honeymoon Experience
Arrival Stone Town
Upon arrival at the Zanzibar airport or harbor, you will be met by our airport representative and be transferred to your hotel in Stone Town. Overnight at Jafferji House & Spa on Bed & Breakfast basis.
Stone Town tour
Breakfast at your hotel. Pick up by your guide for a guided tour of Stone Town. The tour starts with a visit to Zanzibar’s colorful market, the market is alive with local fresh vegetables and baskets of tropical fruit, amongst the heady smell of Jack fruit (and many other exotic fruits). We then proceed to the site of the cathedral built in 1874. The cathedral signifies Zanzibar’s history and is located on the sight of a past slave market, its high altar standing on the exact site of the whipping post. Slavery was abolished in 1873 through a decree passed by the then Sultan of Zanzibar. Then we shall visit the residence of the late Sultans of Zanzibar, ‘Tip Tip House’, the Old Fort, ‘Peoples Palace’ and the House of Wonders’, full of intrigue and vivid history from a bygone era. The stone town tour ends with a stroll through the narrow streets of the old stone town, the heart of Zanzibar’s vivacious history with time for shopping. Lunch is at a local restaurant. 1500hrs, we take a boat trip to Prison Island, the former prison for slaves and quarantine station for Zanzibar, is an absolute worthwhile experience. Here you will also experience giant tortoises in the wild. Dinner at a local restaurant Return to Jafferji House & Spa for overnight.
After breakfast we shall depart for Mangapwani village. The tour includes a visit of the slave caves and chambers. Lunch at a restaurant at Mangapwani located on the outskirts of Zanzibar stone town. The Restaurant and the Watersports Centre offers a friendly atmosphere and is a great destination for those looking for somewhere special. Visitors to Mangapwani are offered a fresh seafood barbeque cooked to perfection by the restaurant’s expert team of chefs. Guests can also enjoy fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, catamaran rides and other pleasant distractions at the well-equipped watersports centre which are at extra costs paid direct at the centre. Late in the afternoon, we drive back to stone town and drop off at your hotel. Overnight at Jafferji House & Spa.

After breakfast transfer to Zanzibar South Coast to enjoy the rest of your stay at the coastal beaches of Zanzibar. Dinner and overnight at The Residence, South Coast of Zanzibar.
